Ram volts before active cooling needs to be introduced?

My 3500+ 130nm idles @ about 45C and hits load at 64C max.


I have a 2x512mb set of Mushkin Redline XP4000, but don't want active cooling on it until I get a new cooler for the CPU, since the cpu is probably going to a friend anyway.

How many volts it's safe before I need active cooling (a fan on it directly) for it?

It's at 2.9V 220x1 multiplier right now.
220x11 on the CPU = 1;1.

I think 3.2 is when u really need the active cooling.
