RAM Voltage, what's a realistic number for long usage?

Many higher speed RAMs require high voltage to be stable. However high voltage induce heat, which may not be a desirable thing if you run your computer 24/7. I just want to know what's an approximate number for RAM voltage that you don't want to exceed if you want to keep it stable for a long time rather than for just 10 hours during RAM test then take a screenshot and brag about it.

For UTT, I personally won't do anything above 3.2 for over a week. I just feel it isn't safe. FOr TCCD, anything beyond 2.9 for a long period of time is shaky.
