RAM voltage for i7 question

Hello all. I am piecing together a new rig (original thread here) and have come up with the following...

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xyh9vK

I am unsure of my RAM choices. What would be a great set of RAM to place in this setup (Looking for 2x8GB to start and can fill out the remaining 2 slots in the future.)

Thank you for your time.

1.65v is fine if your willing to overclock but i would spend a bit more for tighter timings F3-2400C10D-16GTX

if you dont want to oc then the max officially suported by intel is 1600mhz 1.5v and i would look at something like this
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-memory-blt2kit8g3d1608dt1tx0

some other cuts you can make if your not overclocking
you can also cut the mb back to h97 for a single gpu and with the gtx970 you only need a 450w psu

overclocking the cpu will get you ~20% more performance
adding faster ram like 2400c10 can add another ~10% to that

so your looking at ~30% performance gain from overclocking when in the last 4 years intels cpu performance has only improved ~20% from i5 2500k to i5 4690k
