Recently my computer has been performing poorly and has blue screened twice so far, One error code being "Page fault in non paged area" the other being "Clock watchdog timeout" These occurred from running games while having other applications running. applications will stutter and freeze, games will hang up, stutter, crash and perform much worse compared to how it ran before, Team fortress 2 for example I used to be able to run at 200+ FPS on the highest settings now only runs at from 30-60 FPS on the lowest settings. I've ran a bunch of virus scanners including rkill, hitman pro, malware bytes and windows defender both in and out of safe mode.
Malware bytes managed to find some kind of crypto mining virus which was quarantined and removed, the problem still remained. subsequent scans in both safe mode and out of safe mode are clear. I initially thought this was due to my SSD (boot drive) going bad since userbenchmark said it was performing poorly, now the benchmark cant complete running on my ssd, other software such as SSD life and Samsung Magician say it's running fine though, here's the benchmark if you'd like to look through it.

Things I've tried:
-anti-virus scans
-updating drivers
-updating windows
-updated SSD firmware and scanned for errors using samsung magician
-ran a full checkdisk on both drives
-ran windows memory diagnostic
-performed a complete re-installation of windows
-reseated RAM
-Swapped SATA cables for SSD
-flashed bios
I also did whatever this video told me to do
Here's my PC specs and a look at my task mananger:
