The RAM will not help you reach 1G, but get Crucial PC133 CAS3 and run it at CAS2. With the memory at 133 CAS2 you will have a slight performance increase (And 99.9% of all Crucial CAS3 RAM--including my year-old CAS3@100MHz stick--will do CAS2@133MHz), and given the cost of RAM right now, you can't go wrong (even if it continues to drop, you have to admit these are some of the sweetest RAM prices ever).
