RAM upgrade for GA-8IR533

I'm looking to purchase some addition RAM for my system (GA-8IR533, Socket 478, FSB 400 Mhz, 3x 184 pin DDR DIMMs, Supports up to 2GB of DDR 200/266 memory), with a Intel P4 2.0 GHz CPU, 512 RAM, and a NVidia GeForce FX 5200 (APG). Right now I have 1 stick of 533/266 RAm. I was looking at a Corsair ValueSelect 1GB (2x512) 184-pin DDR SDRAM DDR400 Dual Channel Kit. Does anyone with my board have experience using this type of RAM? Does this board support dual CHannel? I have been told in another area of the forum that since my board has 3 Slots (DIMMS?) it might not support Dual Channel...Can someone comment? Should I get a single 1 GB stick?
