A question for you Guru's... I am totally confused on a few isses on RAM selection. It seems that the majority of peeps are using DDR 2700? But I have been told that if I want to go with an Intel P4 that I will not get the full benefit of the chip unless I use it with RD Ram? Is that true? Any info or links to get a good grip on this info would be appreciated.

Thanks

while I am not a Intel Guru, I would assume that the P4 does better with DDR Ram because the new motherboards that are coming out support DDR ram along with RDRAM

Go DDR (3200 or better)...cheaper and just a tad behind the Rambus 1066 stuff

I agree. DDR sticks and DDR motherboards are cheaper. You will not notice performance differences with your naked eyes in real world. Only in benchmark will you see the scoring differences.
