RAM types on same mobo? (ddr / sdram)

I have a K7s5a 3.x with 256mb pc2100 ddr.... I jumped on a best buy deal that includes 256mb kingston pc133 sdram. Will these RAMs work together? Or do I need to fs/ft the SDRAM for DDR?

You have to use DDR or either SDram, you can NOT use both at the same time.it's one type or the other.
