I noticed on my dimms that it shows the speed, and the timings. on it says ddr400 1.5-2-2-5, but just under it; it says ddr600 2.5-4-4-7. So my question is, how do you get it to ddr600?

You overclock your CPU and don't use a divider. This raises the FSB which raises the speed that your ram will need to operate at.

A divider keeps the ram at its default speed while you raise the core speed of the CPU. This isn't an option on all Mobo's though.
