Ram timings are wrong

I have a q6600, crucial ballistix 2 gb DDR 2, and an ip-35 e mobo.

My ram is rated at 4-4-4-12, but for some reason I checked cpuz and its rated at 5-5-5-18

How can I set it back to 4-4-4-12? Also, would that require more voltage? Thanks.

You will need to manually set them inside the bios. They default to the SPD data of 5-5-5-18.
