RAM: the difference between CL2 and CL2.5

Can anyone report the real world difference between CL2 and CL2.5 in DDR333 RAM?

From what i've read, I gather the difference is negligible.

near nothing.

even no difference if your motherboard's bios only run at pre-set timing (the bios doesn't let you set CL manually), over-rated memory becomes useless.

The "real world" difference is so minimal you wont even notice it.
