RAM tabs are popping off from the motherboard

The two little tabs that hold the RAM in place now pop off of when you pull them straight up, and naturally when you put the RAM in, it doesn't hold them tight and the comp won't POST. Is there anything I can do about this or should I RMA?

The other two RAM slots still hold firm, and the two things only pop off at a right angle, not when they are pushed to the sides. I have a Chaintech VNF3-250 motherboard.

Thanks

You know, you shouldn't need to "pull them up"

They should automatically move into place when you press the RAM into place firmly. The tabs are for removing the RAM. Your thumbs are for inserting the RAM.

Agreed. If you have to pull them up to insert the ram there is a serious problem. The tabs are used EXCLUSIVELY for removing the ram.
