RAM suggestions on ABIT AN8-SLI

Ok here is the deal. I have an ABIT AN8-SLI and I am running 2x512 sticks of OCZ DDR PC-4000 ram (OCZ5001024ELDCGEVX-K). I want to make the jump up to 2 gigs, but I am finding it nearly impossible to find another pair of OCZ 512 sticks to match what I have. Can I mix and match with the ones I have and still get some decent performance? I am running on stock ram voltage right now. If you need more info on my rig, just let me know.

Also, if I do start pushing up the ram voltage, will I see that big of a difference in performance (for gaming)?

You don't want to push up the voltage if you don't know what you are doing.

I know what I am doing when oc'in a computer. I was mainly asking if there was a good companion to the OCZ gold vx when pushing towards 3.3v.
