RAM stressing and benching app needed

I purchased 2x sticks of value 512mb 3200 RAM at different times and from different vendors.

1x is actually made by corsiar, the other stick; no program can reckonise the manufacturer.

I have them in a Gigabyte K8NF-9 board, with a 3000+ winnie:

How can I check to see if they are running dual mode?
Are they playing nice together?
 
it may be listed in your post screen or in the BIOS...so far as stressing use Prime95, 3D benchies like 3dmark and codecreatures, and you can test the ram at low level with memtest86
