RAM Steppings - wtf?!

OK - so i am hearing so much talk ablut 1:1, 3:4, or something.

My question is - what are they - and what is the best setting?

it's CPU:Ram ratio
1:1 means ram runs at the same speed as the CPU's FSB
3:4(e.g. CPU runs at 120mhz, ram runs at 160mhz)
1:1 is the best setting........there are benchmarks which prove that
try doing a search
