Besides the fact that any of the tweakers I have dont let you go over 650, how are some people getting their ram up to 720mhz stable?? Am i just missing something here? =)

They may be reprogramming their video card's BIOS so that it defaults to a higher clock setting. I can set mine as high as I want by doing this.

The last set of Detonator drivers I downloaded (42.68) let me take the core and memory speeds extremely high.

Just use Ray Adams bios editor and clock the bios higher. You can also try several different bios versions to get a higher overclock.

Many people are doing this because they have special overclocker-friendly versions of cards with better memory modules (and sometimes are on a Ti4600 PCB as well), like the Abit OTES, etc.

I think NVHardpage has a setting to override default clock ceilings. My Albatron Ti4200 Turbo has a default ceiling of 690 and I think I used NVHardpage to be able to go higher only to find that 690 was my highest stable setting.
