RAM speed test

Does anyone know of a utility that will tell me whether ram sticks are PC66, PC100, or PC133?

I have quite a few old computers, PII-266 to PIII-600 laying around, and wanted to see if any have PC133 that I can swap out to put in a computer that requires 133. ( know the oldest ones wouldn't have come with PC133, but might have had some added later)

Memtest86 tests, but doesn't tell speed. same for Docmemory. Sisoft sandra does, but I can only get Sisoft to run on XP, won't install on Win2000, which is what all of these have on them. (Sisoft installs, but errors out when trying to run, something about comcat32 or comcatl32..)

(bios doesn't tell speed either)

Thanks

Try downloading the everest home edition---its free and will identify ram type and speed---at least it does on my computers.----I will give you a double your money back guarantee.

Thanks, will check both everest and cpu-z out.

btw, got to thinking after I posted, I said sisoft sandra worked, but the computer it worked was a new build-XP. And BIOS *did* report mem speed on that machine, so just wondering if sisoft was only picking up what bios reported...
