RAM Speed hindered by FSB?

I have a Pentium 4 2GHz, on an Abit AI7 motherboard.
My memory (according to bios and cpuz) is only running at 133MHz. As I increase the FSB, the ram speed increases, but my system won't boot once I pass ~115FSB (2.3GHz processor, 154MHz RAM)

Is there any way that I might be able to overcome this limit of ~150MHz on my RAM?

Thanks 🙂

Does the chip run on a 533mhz FSB (basically 133mhz x4)? That would be why your memory is running slower. you've probably reached the limit on your proc.
