Ram settings in bios?

heres a few that i dont know what the most demanding is

DRAM Background Cycles-Delay 1T/AUTO/Normal
LD-Off Dram RD/WR Cycles-Delay 1T/AUTO/Normal
Dram Enhanced Arbitration-Enabled/Disabled
Dram Timing options-Enabled/Disabled(im guessin disabled means it autoselects timings...not sure tho)

Go here; study and learn. A nice site. I'm not saying that it is the "final word" on BIOS settings but there's a good deal of education that can be had there. Good luck.

hmmm...well it helps but i already know all this stuff...from what i hear 1T is faster, and ill do that anbd enable everything until someone tells me different
