Ram selection help

Tim

Hi all.

I'm looking for a 6gb ram kit (2gbx3) to pair with this motherboard and an Intel i7 930.

Some overclocking may be in this rigs future, so maybe something with a little headroom? Let me know what you guys think is good, and why. Oh, and as always, newegg links are highly appreciated (unless you've got a better price somewhere else)

Why such a high-end motherboard? What will this system be used for?

Reasoning: 1.5 volts so as to not stress the IMC, as well as lower heat/energy usage. 1600 speed prevents it from being an issue come overclocking (the chip won't be able to go further before 1600 memory becomes an issue). 1.5 volts also helps with overclocking. Very reputable and a very good price. Timings don't really matter for realworld usage with DDR3.

You don't need anything too fancy. This kit is a good price for DDR3 1600. You'll be able to use the various memory dividers to keep the speed around 1600 while overclocking.
