RAM recommendations for Sandy Bridge?

Firstly, do you guys suggest using two 4gb kits for 8GB or just a single 2x4 kit?

I'm quite happy paying a premium for a 8gb kit if that is the better long term choice.

Should the voltage be 1.5v?? I was looking at the link below but I have to confess that I really don't follow memory technology much so I'm not sure if that's a good choice or not...

That's really expensive ram.

2x4GB can be had for half that every once and a while.

Keep the voltage low (1.5v), memory speed and timings don't seem to matter.
