Ram rating: what numbers should i be looking at?

i know some of you guys know this one.

or if ya got a link to an article that has a graphic with the number [ns] highlighted that would be better

You should see "-3.8t" or the like right at the end, which would mean 3.8ns RAM. Or -5t or whatever depending on the RAM. All the other numbers are part number codes. You could always look up the specs at the maker's website with the codes you have.
