quick question I have a stick of ram that states 4ms64 that would signify its a 256 mb stick correct? Just in a quick dispute with my friend. Want to see if Ia m right or not. Thanks a lot guys
 
How many of those chips are on the module? If they are 1x64bit chips then it would need 4x8=32 chips on the module assuming non-parity. You can use the data on the chip to search the web for info.
