That memory runs at 200Mhz x 2 (DDR). So it normally runs at 400Mhz. I'm not sure I understand why you think it won't run at it's stock speeds?

they kept crashed my a8n premium at 400mhz.

the premium was running bios 1007, however i couldnt update the bios so i returned the mobo.

so, will i be able to run those 4 sticks at 400MHz, 2-2-2-5,1t?

It will probably say 200Mhz in the BIOS that's the clock speed of the RAM and then it's doubled. If you're setting it to 400Mhz in the BIOS that just wouldn't work (probably wouldn't have that high a value anyway).

so, will i be able to run those 4 sticks at 400MHz, 2-2-2-5,1t?
Depends on the motherboard but it should work running at stock settings.

i have a athlon 64 3700+ San Diego. will that be the problem?

with asus a8n32, which ram set runs faster, 4 sticks of TWINX1024-3200 XL PRO or 2 sticks of XMS-3500LL PRO?
