I have 1 GB Geil DDR.(2X512MB) 2.5-8-4-4 and just bought
mushkin XP3200 Dual Pack 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel
cas2 Timing: 2-2-2
Voltage: 2.5V-2.8V

What should I do,use 4 sticks,how will this affect performance,or just use the Mushkin,how would that compare to using 2GB? I don't know if I should mix them.
 
You can mix them but won't be able to be in dual channel. You can use 2x512 in dual channel as long as they are the same memory specs(matched pair). @x1gb woud be better with room left to upgrade.
