Ram question

I'm currently running 2 sticks of PC2700 DDR333 256mg and would like to add more ram.
I'm thinking of adding a 512mg stick. Would I have a problem if I used PC3200 DDR400?
Motherboard is an Epox 8RDA+

Outside of only running 333 on that board it should be okay.

i had that setup on my home rig for a bit.. ran 0 problems.
