I was wondering. Would it be better to have 4x512 rather than 2x512 for gaming? i dont know the speed difference but couldnt you overclock it to 1t timings? right now my pc500 ram is overclocked to pc600. if i get 2 more sticks of this would it work fine? please tell me why 2t is so bad
 
There is a lot more information that is necessary to know what is best. 1GB is enough for nearly all games, but a few these days could use more, BF2 for example. It is more economical to go with 4 sticks, since you already have 2. I myself have 4x512.
