Ram question for anyone with a Gigabyte P35-DS3L mobo

Hey guys, I just realized that the bios doesn't seem to have any place where I can tweak ram settings (cas/ras/etc.). Is it true that this mobo won't let you do that or does someone who has used this board know where those settings are and can point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I beleive the old trick of Ctrl+F1 will open up aditional OCing options in the bios.

I've never heard of this trick! Does it work on Asus boards as well?

I have a P5Q Pro, and my friend has a P5Q3 and he has less options than I do. Will entering Ctrl+F1 open that up? Will I see more options? Is there a risk associated with this?
