256MB $33.99 CT32M64S4D7E SDRAM, PC133 ? CL=2 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 7.5ns ? 3.3V ? 32Meg x 64
256MB $37.39 CT32M72S4D7E SDRAM, PC133 ? CL=2 ? Unbuffered ? ECC ? 7.5ns ? 3.3V ? 32Meg x 72
256MB $40.79 CT32M72S4R7E SDRAM, PC133 ? CL=2 ? Registered ? ECC ? 7.5ns ? 3.3V ? 32Meg x 72

I want to upgrade my system with CL2 Ram. Will I see a difference over my old CL3??

Second of the ram above what would be best for my system. Unbuffered? Registered? ECC? Non-parity?

non-parity is probably best, ECC runs slower - so dont get that, and there is only about a 3-5% increase b/w cl2 and cl3, depending on what you use your comp. for, you wont see much of a difference between cas2 and cas3

The first on the list will fit your bill. However, I don't think the CAS2 is really worth the upgrade from your current Mushkin unless you'll be using those Mushkins in another system. There's a slight improvement, but not enough to justify the cost and having 512MB of RAM go to waste.

Why not hold out on your RAM upgrade and wait a while to do a bigger upgrade later on in the year or early next year with all the new hardware coming out? Or is it this a case of having that itch to upgrade?:)

The first part# on your list is the one that Crucial lists for your system. I don't know that you will "see" much of a difference.

It depends on what you do on your computer. If you run apps like Photoshop or Premiere, stick with the ram you have. If you want to increase gaming performance, go ahead and get the CL2 ram... You might be able to o/c your mushkin to cl2 though...
