RAM Question : Can I use PC2700 memory in a PC3200 motherboard?

Thinking of jumping on the Newegg deal for the BIOSTAR NF325-A7 motherboard to replace my old board that just died. My old board uses PC3700 (333) memory but the new one states it uses PC3200 (400) memory. Both use DDR.

I would think that I could use it, but it would just be marginally slower. Then again I could be wrong, hence why I am asking the question.

Just looking to save some coin.

Thanks.
