i need to know how to overclock my ram and psu. i also need to know what the ram timings mean and how to change them. any help would be great

Apparently, I'm underqualified for this thread.

My basic advice, judging from your knowledge level is that you do NOT attempt to OC at this point. Spend some time educating yourself first.

Dual geforce6800 ultras in sli
74 gig raptor with windows xp professional
300 gig seagate barrucuda
i have the processor and the video cards overclocked, i just dont know diddly about ram or timings
 
I'm relatively new at overclocking, but it seems to me that if your CPU overclock is stable you should just leave it as it is. If however you want to increase your CPU OC, you should do that first. When it starts to become unstable in something like Prime95 you should start to gradually loosen the timings on your RAM. What timings are you using now? Mine is set at AUTO at 2325 1T and no overclock. Maybe someone who understands timings can explain in more detail.
