Micron recently delivered 4GB modules to Intel, this could mean that if they start selling those in the near future, they will also sell 2GB modules causing price to fall for DDR RAM.

4 GB! thats awesome, but I think that it's a mute point to mention that RAM prices are falling, because they always do.

Actually the prices are about to go UP. The EU has already decided that Hynix getting bailed out by the Korean gov't so they could continue to sell below cost is an unfair trade practice and will impose a 30% import tarrif on chips from them starting towards the end of April. The US has also decided similarly, and the meeting by the trade commission to decide what to do about it (probably a far more severe import tarriff than EU, possibly on Samsung also), looks like it will take place in June. I wouldn't be surprised if its a per-MB tarriff like they had back in the late 80s/early 90s that pretty much kept prices from dropping AT ALL for several years then.
