Ram Overclocking

Just got this system up and running,was wondering if I could increase the ram speed without increasing the processor speed? Have the IWILL KK266-r. Just flashed the Bios and have all memory settings on fastest at cas 2 but still running FSB at 133. Also is the temp in the Bios for cpu accurate? On boot I get 20-c after playing UT for an hour 35-c. Thanks!

SDRAM runs at the speed of your FSB, but can become unreliable when run above the RAM spec (pc100, pc133).
