RAM overclocking with extra voltage

Hey i was wondering what kind of sucess people are having with overclocking their ram with extra voltage, more specificly what kind of ram you are using, what speed the ram would do and what latencys at defualt voltages, and how fast you could tak it with extra voltages.

my XMS pc3200 does 225mhz with 2.7V on the loosest timings

Mine does 215 @ 2-2-2-6 on 2.8V
