Yikes, the stock timings on those are very scary. If you're planning to run those at PC3200, I'm sure you can time either to at least 2-3-3-6. At what frequency are you planning to use them?
i'm hoping to use them at PC3200 CAS 2. would it be better to find low latency pc3200? is it available for comparable prices? also, would it be able to run at PC3700 CAS 3?

Definately go for low latency PC3200... I think it's OCZ that states that their PC4000 RAM may only run at CAS 2.5 regardless of the clock speed. So even if you set it all the way down to 200 Mhz it still may not run at CAS 2.
