hi iplan to buy a 3200+ and push it to 2500mhz nforce4 ultra
250x10
1:1 mem
what ram can do that with decent timings? im looking for mid price ram.(around or under $150 for 2x512mb)

You're looking at value RAM for that price. You'll be running a divider, but you wouldn't see much additional performance from running 1:1 with an A64. See here.

ok i just thought 1:1 because i read somewhere athalons dont like dividers.

XPs and P4s don't like them, but A64s are fine with them. New rules seem to apply to A64s.
