Ram Not Running At Stock Speed?

Hi, I have 2 512MB PC3200 Samsung ram running in dual channel. When i open CPU-Z it says my ram is running at 157.9 MHZ. I went into bios and forced it to run in DDR400 but it didn't help. I got a program called PC Wizard and it told me about the ram heres what it said:

Now when i put each module in the motherboard seperatly it runs at 200MHZ but when i put them together it goes down to 157MHZ. Is there something in bios i can change to make them both run at 200MHZ. I saw setting like TRAS and some other stuff. Is there anything like that I can change to make it run at 200MHZ. Thanks in advance!

Did you find the answer to this? I have almost the same setup with the same problem, only that my memory is from cosiar instead

I believe if you do a search you might find the answer. I believe it has to do with the memory controler, and the fact that running 2 sticks of PC3200 memory will force it to a lower speed, and that it is perfectly normal..JEDEC specifications...
