ok my mobo (Gigabyte KN8S Pro) dosent run the 2 sticks of ram @ 200MHz... w/ one it works fine but once i put the second it runs at 170MHz... i know this mobo is known for running 2 sticks slower than they supposed to be but i'm just using regualr ram.. i flashed my bios to the newest release i think its version 8... but it still does not work... any help would be great. thanks everyone

If this is the socket 754 board, it won't have dual channel. You shouldn't be able to run two DIMMs of DDR400 at their native speed in one channel due to electrical limitations. This is the JEDEC spec.
