Ram Needed for this system

I need a high quality yet not horribly expensive ram for this. I need 512meg. I was looking at ocz, buffalo, or kingston. Suggestions (like to keep it under 100 bucks)

Anything wrong with Buffalo? I just noticed their pricepoint was pretty low and it had lots of good reviews.
 
You say get dual channel. Do I need dual channel or is a single chip of 512 worth it?
What about 2700 hyperx. Is that decent ram or am I not gonna see anything out of it.
