ram manufacturer id

My 256 PC2100 ram broke down but I have no idea how to identify the manufacturer.

It's got MT TG 0120 or 0118 MT TG on each of the banks and the only other distinguishing feature is a five sided star, and a MADE IN USA 2000.

I've looked around and all I could come up with is it's possibly by Micron, any help would be nice.

MT = Micron Technologies. But that only means the chip itself was made by Micron. The PCB labelling is what will tell you who made the entire module, which is who'd RMA it if it is bad (assuming your retailer can't).
