RAM help for Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939

I have a Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939 using Corsair Value RAM. I've got 2, 1 GB kits (2x 512), installed in mobo but only 1 GB is showing up. Is there anything I can do to get system to see all 2 GB worth of memory? Help!

Anybody? Gigabyte told me to lower the DDR freq from 400 to 333 but still nothing. i tested the other memory and they all work as just a 1GB kit but I can't get all the other kit to get noticed. My mobo has the most recent BIOS as well. Dunno what else to try.

Yep, I moved them all around and they work in different slot combo's but I just can't plug in all 4 RAM sticks. I've noticed when I do 2x512mb in ddr slots 1, 2 or in 3, 4 it'll register 1GB correctly but when I plug in the other 2x512mb set the mobo registers 512mb total!?!? All the RAM works, I've plugged them into another mobo and played CS:S for a few hours without a problem. I'm wondering if the BIOS jacked up? Any problems with AMD64 mobo's and using 4 sticks of RAM???

All the A64 boards if you use 4 sticks of ram it will usually automatically set itself to 333mhz. Normally on most boards but not all, you can set it back to 400. You might need to change timing from 1T to 2T, which of course you will suffer from less bandwidth.
