I've seen the same. I bought a CAS2 Samsung PC133 128MB stick (retail) yesterday for $118. One reason I've read for the price drop is a temporary oversupply of RAM due to OEM's not stocking up as much as the RAM mfgr.'s thought they would prior to the Christmas buying season. But, who knows if that holds any water <g>. Now I have two Mushkin Samsung GH PC100 CAS2 64MB SDRAM sticks to get rid of.

Two weeks ago I bought a PC133 CAS2 module from crucial.com, I just checked and their prices have not changed. Also looked at memman.com and their good stuff hasn't dropped much, if any, either. Must be more demand for the good stuff!:):D:):D
