RAM for the Samsung Q1 Ultra?

I'm looking to upgrade the memory inside the Samsung Q1 Ultra to 2 GB. It has only one memory bank so I have to remove the 1 GB module already in there.

Does anyone know any compatible RAM for it? I have found some DDR2 SO-DIMMs but they are too fast I think.

The module currently in it is "DDR2 SODIMM PC3200 (400MHz)" according to their website. I can only find 2 GB modules PC6400 and their even more expensive.

It doesn't matter if it's "too fast," the memory will clock down to what the system needs. Sounds like this is a compact workstation? Go to newegg or some such place and pick whatever the cheapest 2GB stick is, and don't pay attention to speeds because it'll auto-negotiate, but do make sure you don't need registered or ECC memory.
