Ram for the EPOX 8RDA+ ?

If you are going to o/c it, then yes, get the XMS..if all you care about it surfing/chatting/MS word, i'd say don't bother..

 
CAS latency of 2 will be faster then 2.5
also the XMS is a better overclocker
and with latency 2 you can always set it to 2.5 to get a higher overclock
