RAM for P9X79 Deluxe?

Asus lists no qualified x8GB sticks for the P9X79 Deluxe. Why?

I'm looking at these sticks. How do I know they will be compatible? G.SKILL lists them as so, but not ASUS.

The issue is really what the motherboard manufacturers get to test. For us it is only what the memory manufacturers donate for us to test. We also seem not to have any tested G. Skill memory on a our X79 boards too. The biggest key in support for the memory for this board is that it does support DDR 3 1066/ 1333/ 1600 at 1.5v ±5% (1.425v to 1.575v) is what the processor supports so I would try to stay in that range.

How do I know they will be compatible?

Only way is to find someone else running them..
That will be hard to do since the user base on this platform is not very broad..

Why are you wanting 32gb ?
