RAM for overclocking A64

i'm planning to build a new A64 (S754) and overclock. it won't be anything extreme, i'm going for a 3000+ and planning to go to about 2.2ghz or 2.3ghz. as the RAM prices are currently way up in the sky 🙁, i want to gamble on PC3200 and push it, instead of paying extra for PC3500 or above... is OCZ dual channel EB series the best PC3200 to overclock in this case? thx

Read anand's new memory article. The OCZ uses the same chips that are in the Crucial Ballistix RAM. I'd say get a 1gb pair of that stuff and you shouldn't have to worry about your RAM holdling your OC back. (This stuff got up to 230MHZ at 2-2-2, and 257 at 2.5-2-2) Its also very cheap compared to the OCZ EB, $139 a stick with a 4% discount for pairs.

unfortunately, here in canada we don't have much from Crucial... the major selections are from Corsair, OCZ and Kingston. so if the OCZ EB can go to ~230mhz then i'm happy with it. it can, right? (i know it's not guaranteed, but that's what oc is about...)
