Ram for Mobo? CMX256A-3200LL or -3200C2

Im trying to find out what the difference between these sticks are. One is Xms and one is low latency? 3200LL is 2-3-2-6 it shows on website and 3200C2 is 2-3-3-6. I thought xms was 2-2-2-5? Which ram is faster/better. The 3200LL or 3200C2 for motherboards. Any ideas..
