Corsair = 5-5-5-18 @ 1.8V
Patriot = 5-5-5-12 @ 2.0V

The difference in the timings are, to be quite frank, irrelevant.
What is important is being able to run your system @ 400FSB with only 1.8V going to your memory.
1.8V means less heat...which is priceless...:p

Just a note on compatibility, I have run our PC6400 2 x 2gb DHX kit in the IP-35 Pro without incident. In this case, either of your choices is solid.
