Ram for a A8N32-SLI Deluxe w/ Opty CPU

I'm picking up a Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe. This box is primarly used for gaming. I'm getting either the Opteron 165 or 170. I want to overclock the CPU, but it looks like running the ram at a lower setting with the divided and keeping my timings down is the way to go. Will the OCZ PC-3200 value ram work ok for this? If not, any more recommendations?

Oops, I should mention I want to run 2gb ram total, so 2x1024.

I picked up some 2x1GB Corsair 3200C2PT a year ago with an A8N SLI Deluxe. Its currently running at 228MHz 2.5, 3, 2, 5 timings. Its going for a little under $200 right now so I'm not sure if its the value choice anymore (I managed to get them for ~$160). The OCZ Value RAM should be a good buy.

For $197, the G.Skill 2gb DDR500 HZ's are a great bang for your buck.
