I just installed my Cooler and RAM and noticed that the top of my 4th RAM is just touching the bottom of the CPU Cooler's heatsink. Is there going to be a problem?

In addition, my power cable for the CPU is wrapping around the top of my RAM. Is this safe to do?

I don't think there is a problem with either. The first should have been avoided by better measuring but it's not a real problem IMO.

On that CPU cooler, it is easy to slide the fan up a little bit if that would give you a better feeling. I had a CM 212+ and had to do it, as well, when I had RAM with some fancy heatsinks.

My apologies. I didn't see the link to the image in the OP until now. I can see that the fan clearance is not the issue. Sorry! :$

That said, I also wonder if you could rotate your CM 212 90-degrees to increase clearance?

Some have gone as far as taking a Dremel to their CM 212+ fins to make room for the RAM heat sinks. Mine just clear.

Can you orient your cooler the other direction... like this:

On my setup the 4th RAM slot is under the 212+ fan, but, as wpcoe says, you can very easily slide the fan up. Also, looking at your photo, you can just bend the cooler fins away from your RAM... they are just soft aluminum. Get a straight edge ruler and just bend them up.

I don't think having the power cord going across the RAM is a very good idea, but I don't think it will hurt anything.
